After an extensive bidder selection process, in calendar week 29 a general contractor was named from among the offers submitted in response to a request for bids for construction of the new plant in Thailand. It was not an easy choice for SGF executives to make. The company profiles of shortlisted bidders were carefully reviewed, and the technical and structural details of the proposals were evaluated with the help of external experts. Intensive individual discussions were held with the remaining favorites until the company Densri 39 was named as the general contractor for construction of the new Thai plant on July 24, 2017.
